Vivo in Olanda da un anno. All inizio era difficile, i prodotti italiani qui costano un botto! Per fortuna ci siete voiii!!! Pacco confezionato benissimo, sopratutto per le cose liquide, io ho comprato anche prodotti per pulire casa, mi sono trovata benissimo. Grazie tanto!!!!

Ho ordinato su Vico più di una volta. Prima usavo un'altra compagnia ma da quando ho provato Vico non sono tornata più indietro. Sempre velocissimi nella preparazione e spedizione. Vivo in irlanda e gli ordini arrivano in meno di 10 giorni! Tutto sempre impacchettato benissimo, soprattutto la roba liquida. Ed è sempre un piacere trovare un regalino con l'ordine! 100% consigliato! Grazie

Ordine Inviato il 19-10-2024 oggi è il 28-10-2024 ancora non c'è traccia del pacco. Assistenza inesistente. Che tristezza!

My experience with Vico Box I could say it was amazing, to be honest I didn't expect my order to arrive in the UK. I only purchased around £30 at the beginning to see if its genuine. Amazing guys, sorry I couldn't take a picture because my husband open the box :)) he was waiting for Vidal shower which we love from Italy. Thank you again, I recommend with all my ❤ Please add more vidal shower gel in your shop list, I could not find Camelia and Ambra which I adore as a shower gel. By the way, DHL it was really good for delivery. Please use them in future.

Customer service experience was outstanding, unlike any I've ever had before! Not only are they incredibly friendly, but they're fast, knowledgeable and resourceful. Unlike other sites, you get to speak to an actual human (not a bot!) and they answered within seconds. They offered proactive solutions, and got back to me the next day to give me an update on the shipment they themselves offered to follow up for me. The products were packaged with so much care and attention, everything arrived in perfect condition (plus a little gift). The prices and options are unbeatable on both the online market as well as physical stores abroad. It was the first order, but certainly not the last! Grazie mille!

Spedizione velocissima (abito in Francia e ho ricevuto tutto in due giorni malgrado viva in un villaggio allagato), ottimi prodotti e anche qualche graditissimo omaggio… Sono i migliori, comprate senza esitare, sono anche molto disponibili come servizio clienti in quanto avevo dimenticato di ordinare la farina e mi hanno consentito di aggiungerla il giorno successivo. Difficile trovare di meglio!!!

Mia figlia è da poco all'estero e la Vicofood è riuscita a farla sentire un po' a casa, con prodotti genuini, italiani e arrivati ben imballati e velocemente! Grazie

Die Lieferung ist nicht angekommen, weil der vom Verkäufer beauftragte Paketdienst (GLS) das Paket nicht ordnungsgemäß zugestellt hat sondern ohne Verständigung in einem Paketshop hinterlegt hat. Als ich 2 Wochen später endlich davon erfahren hatte, war das Paket schon an den Verkäufer zurückgesandt worden. Der Kaufpreis wurde trotz mehrfacher Reklamation nicht rückerstattet.
