Op 27 augustus 2024 een product besteld. Pas op 6 september dus na 10 dagen zou het bezorgd worden. Doos ontvangen en zit er een ander product in, weliswaar Kellogs maar niet het bestelde. Retourneren gaat niet zeggen ze. En komen ze met een zogenaamde kopie van de bestelbon waar het door hun geleverde product op staat. In mijn ogen gewoon flessentrekkerij. Wat een boevenbende.
Dopo la Brexit, è diventato difficile trovare la stessa varietà di prodotti italiani a Londra e negozi come Eataly hanno dei prezzi folli. Cercando online una alternativa, ho trovato Vico box. Ci sono tantissimi prodotti, prezzi decenti e la cosa più bella è il flat rate per la spedizione. Ordinato ormai 3 volte, sempre consegnato in meno di una settimana e la cura per impacchettare il tutto è incredibile. Assolutamente consigliato!

Wow. Was soll ich sagen... Hab noch nie ein Paket bekommen das so gut verpackt war. Keine Getränke, Kekse usw sind annähernd beschädigt. Alle Produkte top angekommen. Zudem ging der Versand auch noch sehr schnell. Nich mal 1 Woche dann war die Lieferung da. Kann ich wirklich jeden ans Herz legen dort bella italia zu bestellen.

Great products, well packaged and fast delivery
A lot of food arrived completely smashed and they refused refund of the items as the customer apparently takes responsibility for the way food is received. Really not impressed. They offered something like 4 euro of discount on the next order instead, clearly I am not going to order from them again if this is the way they deliver food
