Outstanding Experience
Customer service experience was outstanding, unlike any I've ever had before! Not only are they incredibly friendly, but they're fast, knowledgeable and resourceful. Unlike other sites, you get to speak to an actual human (not a bot!) and they answered within seconds. They offered proactive solutions, and got back to me the next day to give me an update on the shipment they themselves offered to follow up for me. The products were packaged with so much care and attention, everything arrived in perfect condition (plus a little gift).
