I’ve placed online orders a few times and every single time they deliver without mistakes, well wrapped items and quick delivery. Last time they even threw a freebie which was nice. On my first order, their age verification system was worked great and looked fairly robust with id checks and face comparison, and then they had my details so every purchase since has been quick. Very impressive and I highly recommend this company.

Not a great experience
I was sent a link 3 times to verify my age which I did each time then I was contacted by phone asking if I could send ID. It was not clear tgat ID would be required to be sent. (I do understand the need for this) I requested my order to be cancelled but it hasn't. And my payment has been taken. Not great.
