Liars, and awful customer service.
I placed an order for a black vape but this company took it upon themselves to send me a gold version instead. Once questioned, they claimed to have text me to ask my blessing first. This was a lie, and the one text I had received from this company, which was the order confirmation proved this. They really didn’t seem too bothered about sending me something I didn’t order or by lying to me about it. I sent the vape back and asked for what I actually ordered and o received a rude, one line message in response, stating they would not be getting me what I originally ordered. There are plenty of vape shop with wonderful customer service, but this isn’t one of them.
