They have been decent for years. Recently they have not. They don't reply to support emails. So if you're watching a game that is glitching, you're on your own.

They have been pretty good up till today I have had very few issues with him have had them for over a year and a half I hope they fixed today's issue

Look, I was super skeptical in 2021 so I just bought a month to watch my h9ckey which had gone to Balleys (talk about a ripoff). Month was fine to paid $110 for entire year. Worked fine with some video hangs. Ive renewed in 22, 23, 24 and it has been great. Now they have a workaround Roku channel. Look, YoutubeTV is $79 a month so for me on year for 119 for ALL games I want is great

I'm sure the service is fine but I didn't like the interface so I requested a cancellation within 24 hours as is stated on their signup form. They initially got back but it's more than two weeks later and I still do not have a refund. Editing this comment because, after sending them an email about them not giving me my refund, they replied with the same cookie-cutter response asking to give a reason for the refund request. Horrible. Just in case you thought irony was dead, they also provided a link to review them on Trustpilot ... the link was broken. Edit again ... Nearly a month after requesting the refund, PayPal was able to get them to refund my money. It should be against the law to make people work to get a promised refund.

So far, so good! Happy to be able to watch any MLB game without having to pay through the nose for a ton of channels I'll never watch.

Worst customer service experiance, worst streaming service on the planet.

I have had it since YTTV lost the RSN's. The problem I believe a lot of people have is having strong internet, a router that self updates and ideally, hard wired. Yes, it can freeze from time to time, but a refresh generally takes care of it. If you are using Firestick, it is best to clear the cache + restarting the system. This will improve your watching experience.

It's a great service most of the time. I get all games I want without having to buy extra streaming services such as Apple TV Amazon TV and Peacock Network to get all the feeds. I sometimes have buffering issues but I think it's my internet not Uzzu because I don't have that issue when I watch it on my phone I'll

I like their content but I began an affiliate sales agreement with UZZU. I advertised UZZU subscriptions on my website and they paid my affiliate earnings for a few months but stopped paying out my earnings. UZZU currently owes me over $300 in sales earnings.

This service is garbage. I recommended it to multiple friends. At first it was great but ever since about 5 months ago it is impossible to watch my sports teams without it buffering, freezing, or not working all together. My friends have the exact same issues. What doesn't make sense is that I can watch some feeds perfectly fine, but never my hometown teams without the feed messing up. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I've never been so frustrated before trying to watch sports. Do not buy this service.

-1⭐️ For choppy stream(Is what it is) streaming directly from internet and casting to TV is the best way this works. Can’t figure that out go watch Netflix 🤮 EVERY PRO SPORT + NO COMMERCIALS😍!!! red zone, nfl, nhl all playoff games, home+away option. To all you dorks that are complaining, figure it out or go pay $200+month for 7 other streaming services.

Why is springtv.me saying no video. I have a paid subscription until Dec. cant not watch tv please help

After 3 months, my subscription was cancelled and is not renewable. What the heck?

Used last year to watch mlb ok. This year have severe buffering early on and now can’t get a list of available games. No tech support that I can find.

Is was good for awhile was a customer for a year then all of a sudden couldnt renew my subscription and they provided to explination or anything just simply an automated email saying they arent taking on any new members and arent letting people renew thier subscription ..so that kinda stinks to be left with no explanation etc..

Three days! No tv feeds! Send e-mails . NO RESPONSE!

The site says they are in the States, Wyoming, The address is a registered agent type - I think they are not in the USA cause the one response I got from them said " It's Ok DEAR " then it went onto the info. Well, "DEAR" in a support ticket is 100% Not an American thing to say, its certainly Eastern Europe or African. anyway, I give 5 stars because i got it to my ROKU channel, with success. Not one blacked out game yet.

I'v been a customer for 3 years and can't say anything bad about UZZU. All the sports anyone can ask for. As a NY Yankees and NY Giants fan I was able to see all the games. No Yankees blackout games. I have switched my satelite provider to Directv Stream which carries the YES Yankees channel so I won't need UZZU anymore. My question is how do I get hold of them to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the time I have left on my subscription? Thanks in advance.
