We had an excellent experience speaking with Beth to set up our energy and media services. She had incredible customer service skills and was a pleasure to speak to. She set up all of the services very quickly and efficiently and found us the best deals. Would highly recommend!
Excellent service from Beth. Sorted our switching of energy provider with no problems. Thank you.
Very pleased with the high quality service I received from Lee in sorting out my utility services in order to get a better deal than anticipated. I shall certainly use the services when my internet contract comes up for review. A pleasure to do business with Lee who was very helpful.
Had a great chat with Lee today, he was very polite, helpful and informative and could answer all the questions I had, got us a great deal on sky broadband and switched energy companies for us! He has made the whole moving experience so much easier and less stressful! Great Service and Lee is a great asset to the company!
I’ve dealt with the Utilities Hub a couple of times now, and whoever I have spoken to has been friendly, clear and extremely helpful. On this occasion I spoke to Lee who was wonderful and turned a big job for me (getting a great deal for my energy suppliers) into a ten minute phone call, thank you so much.
Reece was very helpful & friendly, excellent customer service 10/10 👍
Justine was very helpful
Had a very pleasant experience sorting out my electricity with Reece today. Such a pleasant guy who helped so much! Great customer service, thanks again!
Had a really positive experience with Reece! He made everything really easy and explained everything clearly to me, helping me find the best deal for my energy and internet. Was great to speak to someone with a friendly personality who sounded genuinely interested in chatting rather than the usual rubbish communication skills and bored-sounding customer service people I've spoken to from other companies. Would highly recommend!
Really pleased with the service provided. Lizzie made switching utilities easy and was great to talk to as well! Very funny and even wished me happy birthday too and of course saved me some money on my bills 🙂 would definitely recommend!
This is the first time I have not arranged my utilities by myself and I was honestly shocked at how much better the experience was with Lettings hub. They literally do everything for you and are professional, friendly and helpful. It was so nice to be treated like a human being and a customer, something that sadly never seems to happen when dealing direct with big companies. Justine helped me she was not only smart and quick but lovely too. All of my energy internet and tv needs, switches etc have been done in a 30 minute telephone call. I was dreading doing this but Utilities hub actually made it a pleasure I recommend this company 100%
Used them to arrange gas and electricity for our new flat. They were very helpful and made the whole process super easy!
