The agent was wonderful and knowledgeable. He explained the plan. Sometime I stopped him to ask questions. He listened ,and went back to explain fully.

I received a notice in the mail regarding the expiration of my auto warranty. I called and spoke with a representative who was extremely helpful and who suggested I get my car serviced since I was having repeated issues BEFORE renewing my extended warranty. The car was serviced, the mechanic found a software issue STILL under warranty. Software issue fixed, car as good as new. I called a second time and had my NEW DIAMOND auto warranty within minutes! The representative was wonderful - cheerful, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and efficient! Who could ask for more? My coverage was reasonably priced and I am protected for the next 5 years up to 100,000 miles! I think a road trip is in my future! Thank you Brandy for your exceptional customer care, kindness, expertise and great deal!!

Today, I received a letter that appears to contain an implicit threat, stating that I may be held liable for all vehicle repair costs and related expenses, etc. My question is the following: what is the source of my personal data, including my full name, home address, and detailed information about my vehicle, considering that I purchased this car only two weeks ago? Please note that the unauthorized acquisition and use of personal information raises serious legal concerns. I strongly recommend that you clarify this matter promptly.

The telephone agent was very kind, took her time to clarify my doubts, gave me all the information about the coverage plan for my car. I can't say yet if they're doing it right. or not, since until a couple of days ago I took the coverage, so I have to wait more than 30 days to take my car to the mechanical service
