Great customer service. Very informative, worked with me to get the most comprehensive level of coverage!

I bought a "new" car on Wednesday, called US Automotive Protection Services around 3:30 and changed my current policy to my new car in less than 15 minutes. John explained that since it was younger than my previous car, my coverage would be better!

Never too late! I was late responding notice because I'm moving and dealing with medical issues and still was get coverage.

Received multiple fraudulent mailers from this company claiming "Official Business" similar to Federal agency documents, and the envelope mimics an IRS mailer. They do not detail their mailing address, and only note on the back that it is a solicitation. This violates US law and I continue to report their mailers to the IL Attorney General and others. They also don't clearly provide an opt-out mechanism nor list their website on their mailers likely attempting to force you to call them to then try and persuade you over the phone. Overall, avoid this company. This is a dishonest and manipulative way to try and sell extended warranties which, if this is the way, tells me a lot about their business practices after.

Well they are at it again. I bought a new car (buy one about every two (2) years) and yes this time when I called to ask to be removed from their mailing list, they got nasty. I was told that Subaru service was poor and I would need to take my new 2025 Subaru to their service people. Still no return address on their letter and no company name. Deal with them at your risk. Why they cheat people rather than get honest work is still a puzzle to me. Deal with them at your own risk.
