Excellent Experience!
I received a notice in the mail regarding the expiration of my auto warranty. I called and spoke with a representative who was extremely helpful and who suggested I get my car serviced since I was having repeated issues BEFORE renewing my extended warranty. The car was serviced, the mechanic found a software issue STILL under warranty. Software issue fixed, car as good as new. I called a second time and had my NEW DIAMOND auto warranty within minutes! The representative was wonderful - cheerful, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and efficient! Who could ask for more? My coverage was reasonably priced and I am protected for the next 5 years up to 100,000 miles! I think a road trip is in my future!
