Terrible Experience with Ulta
I placed an order on February 10th, but UPS reported a sortation delay, and my package never arrived. After waiting 3-4 days, I contacted UPS, who confirmed the package was lost and advised me to reach out to Ulta for an investigation. 1st Contact: A representative assured me they would reship my order and provide a return label if the original arrived. However, they later informed me it couldn’t be shipped immediately, and I needed to wait two more days—which I did. 2nd Contact: After UPS confirmed the package as lost (though they couldn’t mark it officially), I reached out to Ulta again with proof. They told me to wait another day before action could be taken. 3rd Contact: I waited as instructed, only to be told to wait two more days because it hadn’t been 8 business days yet. Despite clear confirmation from UPS, Ulta refused to acknowledge the loss and kept repeating scripted responses. This frustrating experience felt like talking to robots. I’m never ordering from Ulta again.
