We had it installed few days ago, everything went smoothly and the technician is really knowledgeable. Many thanks to Sarah to explain everything and be so nice and responsive.

Really pleased with the service from Sarah replying to our original enquiry followed by her home survey, to Steve and Andrew coming to fit the softener a week later. Helpful and professional, came recommended by our Neighbours. We would recommend them again.

Our existing water softener had stopped working, the original fitter did not reply to my messages, then we came across Andrew on a local search. By the end of that week Carl came out and fitted a new unit and did it at 5pm with a smile. He did not leave until 7.15pm. I would recommend this family business as it’s service with a smile and a reasonable price as well. Highly recommend they know what they are talking about.

UK Water Softeners made a brilliant installation of an awkward situation where we have both a hot water tank and instant hot water from a combi boiler in our house. Also, they had to remove the existing piping for an expensive anti-scale device, which turned out to be useless. The heat exchanger of the combi boiler had to be replaced due to scaling up! We are very pleased with the personable and helpful service we received. Together with the price of the TwinTec with installation being was very competitive we think we have had great value.

Had our water softener fitted this week and the whole process has been great. From meeting Sarah who visited to talk to us and see how a softener would fit in our house to the actual fitting by Pete. Our old (15-year old) water softener packed up and we needed a replacement. Having consulted several firms we decided on one from UK Water Softeners. Sarah visited with a sample and discussed our requirements. My wife and I agreed that a non-electric water softener would be ideal and decided a TwinTec softener from UK Water Softeners was what we wanted and placed the order (which included removing the old softener). Sarah took the order and arranged installation etc. Andrew Goodie delivered and Carl Galvin installed. So it's all up and running, old softener removed and Carl cleared up afterwards - perfect! As a bonus it comes with a very useful Welcome Pack that explains all. My wife and I are very happy with the result and strongly recommend UK Water Softeners should you need a new softener or replacement.

Quick service, quick diagnostic quick delivery - great service

I received a great service from UK Water Softeners. There was no sales pressure, just the information to make a decision. The Softener was installed exactly when I was told and nothing was too much trouble for the installation plumber. The results of the Softener are clear to see around the house.

UK Water Softeners installed a water softener, tap and filter. It was all done very promptly and the installation was clean and efficient. The whole process was very easy and transparent - no hard sell and now we have no hard water. A great experience all round. Well done.

Purchased a water softener system, water filter, and three way tap from UKWS, and we are delighted with the results. Sarah provided a quick response to my initial call, and gave me a thorough explanation of what was involved and the outcomes we could expect. Peter came to fit the system the next week, and provided a very professional plumbing service - the complex plumbing under our sink was much tidier after he finished. We are all now enjoying the benefits of softer water in our household, and enjoy the filtered water - we don’t buy bottled water anymore! Highly recommended.
