Avoid this company they are fraudsters. They try to trick you into contracts that cannot go through and then threaten legal action when they don't complete. The ombudsman will be in touch. I am sick of the harassment from the legal company you use to threaten customers so action has been taken

Avoid at all cost! Signed me up initially and all looked ok. After a year our business found out the contracts never went out to 2 of the utility companies even though contracts were signed. Check your email database at least and please don't pretend you don't know who we are!

Krish Masri of UK Utility has been my broker for more than a year now. He was recently most helpful in sorting out a very stressful situation with my energy supplier where they had made numerous errors in my billing, even although there was a contract in place. He was tenacious in finally sorting out what had become a very complicated matter.
