Easy to switch. Prompt response to a query. All good so far. Rates seem competitive currently
Absolute conmen. Garbage of a company. I gave them my yearly usage, agreed a DD cost, after the cooling off period they demanded more. I offered to pay a yr in advance, they agreed but refused to lower DD. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY. I'll be demanding a refund for credit and also be switching as soon as I can.

I've just started with Tulo after switching from another company. I've managed to cut down my monthly bill down from Β£195 to Β£136 which says it all. overall the transition was smooth and no issues. No issues as of yet, so cant talk about long term or technical support.

Account number 203832 All fine in supply terms, but the hassle factor in providing meter readings is significantly putting me off staying with Tulo. This requires opening the app or web page via the email link and then it emails you so you have to enter a two factor security code. This seems unnecessarily complicated for such a simple thing to just enter readings. The company said they removed this requirement from my account in response to an earlier request but it didn't work. More technical work needed before it's worth the hassle.

Easy switching service and actual customer service that you can easily speak to on the phone! Keep me informed about changes and processes. Simple process to check account and bills. Would absolutely recommend.

I ended up overpaying but they refunded me straight away and reduced monthly payments, decent company and lovely friendly member of staff βΊοΈ
