I have been using TTNC for over 10 years, always helpful, great and reliable system and great service. Time to time I have to call them for help and they are always prompt to answer and help us.

BE AWARE - DO NOT buy from this company. They have hidden contract terms and then start charging you at every single stage. And you cannot move out before 12 months. They advertise as no contract but they charge you to move within 12 months since you did not stay for 12 months. So do you still believe there is no contracts. I have raised the issue with OFcom. And they sent me bill of £120.00 for move to another provider. Guess what, TTNC even tried to flag my review instead of providing response to my review. Trust pilot declines TTNC's flag. SO be aware of TTNC.

We had an issue with the line and Ricky Walker was very helpful, gave clear instructions and solves our issue in 5 minutes. Really appreciate how accessible and easy it is to reach out and get help on issues we have with our line.

I had a crazy, computing issue that threw working via TTNC for 6. I was given full support to rectify the issue and allow their call service to operate correctly for us. Whenever I have had an account or operational issue, they have always worked with me to get the matter resolved. 100% customer service orientated & full attention to detail.

Dreadful Company, owned by Chess PLC. You get told one thing by their staff & they change the rules 12 months later which costs you. Parent company cut & pasted a false signature onto an agreement to try to extend an agreement. DO NOT TOUCH I have the emails to substantiate my comments

I have been with TTNC since 2012 I am now going to try elsewhere After a minor payment incident, i wasn't helped effectively to set up another payment method, and then they tried to make me pay a reconnection charge for their bad communication and service I did not pay to reconnect as i believe it was their fault and have now cancelled in case they do it again next month very combative rather than helping Now i need to use web developers to change their number off my sites

They call themselves the Telephone number company BUT don’t offer any phone support to paying customers! They closed our accounts we had as they could not auto collect money to top up, but they did not email us or call us at all or send invoices. It took us 2 months to find out the 0800 numbers stopped working! Disgraceful conduct.

Customer service is absolutely brillant. I had various queries and Ricky was absolutely helpful and sorted it for me.

Be careful they will add extras on with out your authorisation and charge you this company is rogue and untrustworthy please be careful.

Jack was so quick to call me and explain exactly what I needed to do to change my message after submitting a Chat question. Really helpful, very professional and nice, and he sent me links to assist me in addition. TTNC is a company I would consistently recommend, mostly because service like Jack's is such a gift these days and you know that you customer service is second to none every single time. Thank you Jack! Awesome company and customer service - definitely give him a pay rise!
