Aiste was so good to let us try the machine and to explain everything in a very kind way, she saw so professional and competent that she was able to sell us the product in less than 10 minutes. I could not believe it, I am not that kind of person who spend 100pounds like that, but I did it just because of her ability to sell me the product :-) I am very happy with that. Have been using this for a year now! Almost daily as I suffer from a back ache and neck pain all the time. I waited for one year to write this and I can tell you honestly this is a very good massager. Highly recommended, very light weight and super powerful.
