Broke after 4 months and customer service has not responded
The machine itself is great and help I was really impressed. However after 4 months it stopped working and will not charge. I emailed the company and after a few weeks called as I did not hear from them. I called the line and it said they respond in 48 hours. That was approx 4 weeks ago and I've still not had a response. The machine is expensive and now I cannot use it. Very disappointed with customer service
