Great for finding reviews that are not manipulated
I like that trust pilot reviews everything, so it's easy to find reviews on companies that aren't as transparent with their marketing tactics and flood social media as a hot commodity while hiding bad customer service or product experiences.

We have used Trustpilot for almost 10…
We have used Trustpilot for almost 10 years now. Recently, we have been finding a lot of organic reviews, they call them. These are not reviews from our customers; they are reviews from random people. We have asked Trustpilot to stop. This is doing a disservice to us who pay a lot of money to promote our site with real experiences, and also does a disservice to the viewer reading them because they are not a true experience. I have no idea why this company would allow that, but they are.
