Great for finding reviews that are not manipulated
I like that trust pilot reviews everything, so it's easy to find reviews on companies that aren't as transparent with their marketing tactics and flood social media as a hot commodity while hiding bad customer service or product experiences.

This is an awesome company... I am a consumer advocate and Trustpilot works so well for the company and the purchaser of any online sales. Trust pilot has actually helped me get refunds without doing anything but letting the companies know where they stand.
