hello I came here to talk about my experience with trustees wallet. they stole all my crypto currency, I first tried making an exchange and it would not let me, I did not have enuff ethereum to cover the gas fee.but then I saw the option to put in a custom amount for the gas fee amount. afterward the transaction processed. but it hours when by and nothing happend usually when the fee is to low it usually just deduct a fee and sends you the balance you tried sending out back to you. But it in my situation it stayed pending. after a few days, I whent and tried contacting trustee wallet customers support i spoke with customers supportt. they sent me a link instructing me to fill out a sheet with my transaction #. they also asked me to upload my recovery seed to my wallet.they told me that it was required so that they can work on the transaction problem since there was a network error. They told me not to worry that it was completely safe they not even they could see the recovery seed to my wallet that only the department working on the transaction where able to see it. After waiting a few more hours my exchage transactions was still sitting on pending status until I noticed. That most of my usdc got successfully sent out somewhere then I tried contacting customers support again and they told me I was the one to sent out all my usdc to someone wallet that did not belong to trustee wallet that's a lie because how would I be able to send out my udcs coins afterwards if i did not even have enuf ether to cover the exchage Fee that's why I had to chose a custom fee for gas fee in the first place.but somehow I was able to pay a 10.36$ fee to send out my own usdc coin to some random wallet that's bs. After a few min of arguing with customer support all they tried asking me to is to just go and add more bitcoin so my transaction can be processed since it was frozen due to the network error. the problem with them is that with the exchange transaction was stil pendin even till today. But the usdc coins transaction completed uscceedssfully long time ago they where able withdraw all my usdc coins over 56$ and left me only now with 10 usdc. but they where not able to deposit the tron they where supposed to deposit into my wallet for the exchange for my usdc coins. They did successfully sent out most of my usdc balance but they conveniently somehow but when it came to deposit back into my wallet they had network problems with depotits to my wallete. I never received the tron i was supposed to receive for the exchange for the usdc coins. today they told me i sent mi coins to a wallet that does not belong to them so there is nothing they can do until i deposit more bitcoin. so i ended up telling them i do not trust theire wallet and i would not deposit anymore since i know they are the only ones that have access to my wallet and today again some how all my fox tokens where withdraw and the only ones that have access to my wallet is them so stay away from this wallet they will take all your cryptocurrency don't make the same mistake I made a warning to all do not fall victims just like me
