Truckstop.com Load Board

Most loads are not posted with enough qualifying info which leads to delays. Therefore, time wasted leads to other potential missed opportunities.

For new broker this new truckstop load board is a little complicated and cofusing which takes time to figure out. for example where it said search it has auto instead truck. The only things easy and simple to use was rate look up and post load everything else is confusing to me

Good resource at times when I'm trying to find loads.

Real time updates, clears the board, very useful tool to have in the spot market. Keeps you informed on credit ratings and keeps the imposters out.

Customer service did not explain how it work. Every broker and dispatcher on Truckstop will not give a new authority a load , you have to be active for 2 or more months in order to get load. So I am stuck with this load board I would like to cancel Truckstop until I be active more then 2 months. I wish they would have told me that now that I am stuck with their factoring also too, I can not cancel with them or I have to pay $500.

Doesn't work properly with my Android phone.

I was told lie after lie started that there was loads for 26FT box trucks before I paid my money. I tried to cancel the same day after I found out that was know loads but they wouldn’t give me my money back. Also I called 5 times in 1 day to ask for help logging in 🥵. Don’t waste your 150.00 dollars.

I like the TruckStop app because it’s easy to use and to understand. The best off all the apps I have used for booking loads.

Not many loads, and almost no loads for straight truck and the broker does not specify the exact information about the cargo, you need to make the broker specify the exact weight and size of the cargo as on another load board that I use

I was lied to about this load board having loads for box trucks. Mathew just wanted to make a sale. Waste of money and anyone with a box truck should stay away from using this service. Total was of money and terrible customer services. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Pretty easy to use, I found it not profitable for my type of business. Not many decent paying hot shot loads. More big rig loads that anything else.

I called in on at least 2, was told not long enough experience. It has been under 1 year. We do have experience and have been driving loads 2x week to San Francisco.
