I need to cancel it ASAP

Overalls it is ok. To many times the information listed is not what is actually provided by the brokers. The equipment filter doesn't seem to work many times. Also of the many load boards our company uses Truckstop has by far the least paying loads and its not even close. To many new brokers that are not factorable and we use Truckstop factoring.

So the first time I went on to your website I requested a demo and I didn’t hear back from anybody. I requested another demo and I got put in touch with Brian and I thought Brian was fantastic. He definitely knows what he’s talking about, very knowledgeable for sure!! So far everyone I have made contact with have all been very pleasant.

So far love Truckstop.com. It appears to hold dishonest brokers accountable. Will give more of a review in the near future.

I always have a hard time getting loads through this app and I paid good mone for this app. not getting more than it deserves.

I’ve used a few load boards and Truckstop has been the easiest to use and have been able to find loads quick to the places I want to go.

Tools Demostration was great, the systems that are offered really seemed to mesh with what I am trying to do.

Truckstop continually lists loads that are covered and we’re previously deleted by brokers. Also pls loads show up for hotshots but the loads are for semis. Last release of the phone app became less functional instead of improving your product. System down times are consistent and frustrating. Fire your IT department and start over. Nobody keeps a tool that doesn’t work right. I’ll be deactivating my account this week.

Load board was working perfectly fine until it was upgraded, after that it’s not worth 157.00 a month nothing works correctly on the app and when calling in customer service is no help either. This load board is not exceeding my expectations and really believe it’s overrated and underperforming not to mention the broker mentality and oriented. Not made for carriers.

Stop posting miles and RPM's that are not accurate. Stop letting brokers post loads that require tarps and not adding that to the ad. Make every broker post the pay for the load. Be the best and stop the B.S. and wasting everyones time. If the load only pays $1.90 per mile, make the brokers post it. It wastes everyones time. You know this, so stop the B.S. You obviously did not read my review. Please read and understand it before you comment. #1 Posted broker rates are not the problem. Brokers that do not post the rate is the problem. #2 The mileage posted is not correct. This in turn inflates the RPM in the posting, causing confusion the need to manually calculate mileage yourself. #3 If the load requires a tarp, brokers should be posting such. I have called on many postings to book loads, only to find the load must be tarped. My 60 yo drivers do not tarp due to the increased chance of injury. #4 Your app keeps giving me errors. Fix the issues with the load board and stop giving us the easy answer mumbo jumbo. Your business and customers will appreciate it.

App is always in the buffing mode. Also when I try to put in companies MC # to see if they're factorable the function don't work.

Seeing the rate don’t help you because the broker are gonna give you what they think you should have not what the rate is going for so you don’t need the rate book
