Good service and welcome organized platform

Customer service is excellent and really want to help. However, it’s the application that could use some attention. For example load searches, dates, equipment type doesn’t save regardless of whether or not you elect to save. It’s time consuming to have to enter this information in every time I want to look for a load so I really don’t use it very much. I will probably cancel before renewal.

We love Truckstop.com Load Board! With Savanna's initial tutorial and all of her amazing recommendations/suggestions of searching, we've been extremely successful in our 1st weeking of running! Really can't thank you enough! The platform is awesome! I love all of the filters...makes it so much easier to choose a load. Over a $2K profit in 2 days; definitely not bad at all! Thanks so much!

Lots of helpful information in order to help negotiate better rates with shippers. We run a flatbed and have found far more loads on Truckstop then on DAT.

This Load Board does not cater to 30ft hotshot non cdl setup. Very disappointing
