I was unable to process a payment to you on your portal. I had to call more than once for someone to advise how to proceed and in the end it said our company name was not valid even though that is what was on your very own invoice. I pay thru portals all of the time and yours was the very worst one I have encountered. Therefore, I am forced to cut a check and mail - the worst way to pay in this day and age.
