They did a great job getting my 20' container to OZ (aka Australia) - with door to door service!

Could have had more communication on pick-up and delivery. Every think was on time though.

The people that handled my shipment were on top of it at all times.

I've been waiting for an invoice so I can prepay a freight bill. No one they're seems to know what they're doing. I'm an independent trucker and have never in 40 years been paid in advance for freight. You are refusing to pick up my trailer to deliver to me until I pay, yet you can't even invoice me properly. I can get in my own truck and go get my own trailer quicker than you can bring it to me. Very disappointed. I assumed I could give the freight to the driver upon delivery.

It's a very good company sice I know them six year earlier... even though sometimes a some greedy brocker change and took off the load afeter the signe agreements with small amounts offer change... which is unprofessional and lose of commitment... still good company 4 star✌️

Today I had a horrible experience with trinity logistics. I booked a load with Ryan a load from Maximus crane in Louisiana and delivered to Odessa, Tx 900 mile run. I agreed to move this load for $2400 which is less than $3 per mile. Due to the weather being horrible at that time and I blew an airbag, it set me delivering the load 2 hours late. I informed Ryan what was going on When I finally made it to delivery the warehouse was closed. I slept overnight at location until the next morning and delivered the load once the place was open. Today my factoring company called me and said trinity logistics refused to pay the load.On the RC it clearly states that they couldn’t take no more then 500$ but These guys took the entire load.I drove 900 miles paid 600$ in fuel out of my pocket for nothing,I didn’t get a penny for this load which is Insane I never heard of this before for being late.Im calling there insurance in the morning and filing a claim.Ryan was the broker I was dealing with but when I talked to him today he put me off on some guy named cotter.If you carriers haul for this company please stay away from Ryan and cotter ,this is not the first time Ryan was mentioned in the reviews.Will keep you guys posted on how this thing plays out.TO ALL MY TRUCKERS KEEP TRUCKING🫡
