We booked a holiday to Dubai through travel republic, everything was fantastic up until we reached our resort. Emirates was amazing as always we were given a night flight arriving @7.35am once we got our transfer to the hotel it was 10am then went to check in @Rixos Bab Al bahr we were told check in will be @3pm there was not once a piece of information or paperwork on travel republic stating this, we had to sit in reception for 5 hours with 3 children not being able to change out of their tracksuits at 41degrees outside so had to sit in air zones reception could not eat in reception so had to skip breakfast buffet and lunch. We’re only aloud drinks, I have never experienced a package holiday and having to wait till check in, only if I have booked a hotel separate from a flight , beware not to travel with children through travel republic, the wait time in the lobby was nearly as long as our flight I am actually still sitting here we have 30 minutes to go till check in

Travel Republic has the best prices and several options for the availability of different types of rooms. Other companies has limited number of rooms with bad locations

The flights and hotel were great, no issues with those bookings however the transfers were an issue, I travelled to Crete and TR only use Hoppa as the shuttle bus company, we got to the airport and asked every desk where Hoppa would pick us up, a woman showed an email saying they weren't operating with Hoppa due to unpaid debts, we made our own way to the airport. TR have since reimbursed this cost, however just a warning if you travel to Crete to check the transfers to avoid any stress on holiday

Relatively simple on line booking process...although strange that although a requirement when booking, the accommodation name or address is not mentioned on the confirmation. Compared to almost all other transfers, yours is very competitively priced. Will use again.

Had a problem with a mistake I made with my booking so I phoned and spoke to a love person by the name of Kelsey, Within minutes she had sorted out my problem and she was super helpful. She is a credit to Travel Republic, Big thank you to Kelsey.

Easy to follow procedure. I had to call the office as the screen locked up. However one hour later confirmation came through with my tickets. All good.
