Great website and deals but long wait for customer service query about bookings not being found
Great prices, an easy to navigate website and booking process was simple. However, after booking I was sent a link to create a password and verify my account. I emailed support and in fairness heard back quickly on this occasion, I had to send screenshots and was told the developers will look into it. It’s still not been resolved and I can’t login to my account. I am trying to access my hotel and flight bookings via the airline and hotel, and the bookings can’t be found using the reference numbers given. I’ve emailed twice (the second time only this morning) and haven’t yet had a response. I need to access my booking so that I can apply for a visa via the airline- a bit worried as we fly next month. Please can someone get back to me??
