It is extremely disappointing that I am still awaiting a refund from Tui. They have confirmed that the refund has been sent, but it has now passed the 14-day deadline for receiving refunds by Travel Republic. If payments are not received this week I will be seeking legal advice

Misleading claim of free amendments: When booking it mentions to pay a small deposit with the comfort of free amendments until a certain date if plans change. There is no mention of a cancellation charge being immediately due. In the email confirmation it says there is a cancellation fee if cancelled. misleading.
