I booked a holiday our first in 15…
I booked a holiday our first in 15 years. I booked on 2nd June and cancelled on the 8th June as my son was really worried about going. I now have to pay £760 and I had already paid £166. The holiday was booked for October 20th. The flights are not refundable which was not clear on booking. Are you going to tell me that in 4 months those 3 seats will not be booked for someone else. Absolutely shocking. Unacceptable don’t bother using this company they are heartless!

Hotel in on great location, modern rooms, good facilities, clean, helpful staff, good food but sometimes not very warm, a litte no enough entertainment overall we are satisfied and would gladly come back here again
