i use travel republic every year for my trip to Mexico. I have had refunds due to covid without any hassle. I also booked when an airline when bust and again got refund with no issues. will continue to book with ease

Menaga, the agent I spoke to was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to deal with and she sorted out my issue. A credit to Travel Republic. It took a long time for my phone call to be answered which, I think, means more agents are needed.

We found Reema our travel expert to be really helpful.

The prices kept changing, I understand it’s a live system but it was so clear on how they lure you in booking a holiday and then when you actually proceed with it, some options are not even available and then hence makes it more expensive!

I recently went to dubai for 9 days through travel republic which I paid for transfers inbound and Outbound. Inbound transfer was fine but the Outbound didn't even turn up or even get hold of us to collect even no 24 hours before there suppose to send you confirmation when your time slot will be . We messaged over and over with no response even are hotel reception lady tried for us still with no response. Are flight was due at 14.55 at this time it was 11.45 and still nothing so we decided to get a taxi to the airport which cost us £30 I got a receipt just incase for evidence. Then at 12.15 at the airport I had a message saying we will collect you for your transfer to the airport between 14.30/14.55 which was amusing seeing as are flight was due to takeoff at 14.55 and you got to be at the airport 2/3 hours before your flight takes off . So we was very very angry by now of the stress we incurred by the lack of information from travel republic and tranfer company . When we got back to England I put a complaint in with travel republic on the 27th of may about are Transfer not turning up or not getting back to us and all they said was it will take up to 28 days to get back to me which I found confusing seeing as all it takes is to get hold of the company that they supplied for are Transfers and ask what went wrong . We sent them the message we received off the man that sent me a message saying we will pick you up from your hotel to take you to the airport between 14.30 14.55 and the taxi receipt from are taxi for evidence. 21 days later after many emails sent to which they never replied to they told us that they can't find out what happened to are return transfer and apologied and said we will refund £20 for the 2nd part of your transfer that we paid £40 for which is fare seeing as the inbound transfer did pick us up . But seeing as we had to pay extra £30 for a taxi as well and the inconvenience and the stress we went through I think it's disgusting they didn't even give us are taxi money back I will never book a transfer with travel republic again and seriously thinking about never booking a holiday with them again

Excellent service

Always somebody to take your call very excellent service, some companies you cannot make phone calls 2 dicuss your holiday they are well advertised on TV. So I have been with TR over 10yrs and carry on booking.

Paul made my experience great, he was so friendly, and very knowledgeable, but he was also very professional and focused. It was a pleasure dealing with him
