I made a trip to New Orleans-Memphis-Nashville. For the most part it was great apart from Memphis. I trusted the team to know about the various locations however my hotel was 12 miles from downtown Memphis, only way of getting back into town was a bus (2 hours) or taxi $45 each way. It could be that the onus was on me to check the finer details and I imagine that most people would, but I put myself in the hand of the company as they also booked the various transfers. The hotel that had been booked in Memphis was a Holiday Inn and there was in fact a Holiday Inn downtown. To give them the benefit of doubt, this may have been an oversight.
This was my first time booking with Travel Center. I found Luther excellent as he was knowledgeable and worked through all the different itinerary options which helped us make the best decisions for our trip. We will have no hesitation booking with him in the future.
