I have only made the booking at this point but Damon Wolfe, the agent, was very helpful and explained the process well. We made a few amendments to the trip but I was talked through each stage and if the trip goes as well as the booking process, we will be delighted.

We have used Travel Centre UK on two occassions now to book our holidays. We were fortunate enough to have their representative Roman on the first booking, who was amazing. His customer care is second to none, nothing was to much trouble for him, (including my endless questions about the holiday). He was very pleasant, understanding & paitent. The whole holiday ran like clockwork All the transfers with the taxis to the different resorts & airports were always there on time or waiting for us. This is the reason we booked our 2nd holiday with them, going through the process specifically with Roman He is a credit to your company which should be acknowledged & rewarded accordingly I have recommended the company to several of my friends as a result, who have since booked holidays with you

I highly recommend Travel Center, particularly Norman Schofield who has shown excellent customer service skills. He is skilled at his job, which makes it easier to navigate my options. I have booked two international flights this year alone and my family and friends have also booked their flights using Travel Center after hearing about the service I received. I also had to reschedule one of my flight journeys due to medical reasons and Norman showed extreme compassion and made the process extremely simple. I will definitely be using Travel Center in future for all our travel needs. Thanks again Norman for all your help.

We used Travel Centre for the first time because it was recommended by a member of my family. Upon submitting an enquiry we received a call from Luther. We were interested in a multi-destination package. Luther was extremely professional and helpful in providing a very detailed quotation to meet our needs. His patience in meeting our requirements made the whole process clear and very satisfactory. He spent time in going through the final booking, guiding us through the payment process and providing a detailed explanation of the whole process. We have recently booked our Kenya African Safari. I am extremely satisfied and amazed at how Emily Scott listened to our requirements and tailored them accordingly, she is very polite and will make all efforts to accommodate as she can and I would recommend everyone to book with them, and I hope in future, I will book with them again.
