Helping me out with what I want to do
I contacted these people for some information regarding the CompTIA Network + course I saw on their website. My request was acknowledged and passed over to a third party called the Learning People. Despite my request for this information to be sent to me via email, they persistently tried to reach me by phone. I asked repeatedly for the price of the course, but no information about the cost was forthcoming. At that point I began to feel uncomfortable dealing with these people and decided to look elsewhere for a training provider.

I got a follow up phone call from a gent 2 days after my email enquiry. He said he would send me more info to my email which he did not do at all. I was concerned about the fees as I'm not currently working and that seemed to put him off and I felt he was not that interested in dealing with me. I did tell him I was very interested in enrolling in the course but did not receive any further emails about the course. I would be interested in talking to someone else that can answer my questions about the fees.

Honestly quite annoyed because it’s been about a week and I haven’t gotten and email or a call back from them even though they told me they would be in touch shortly. What’s shortly to them?, a year?
