Prompt response and helpful

Awesome and easily understood

Pretty easy to follow through the process, prompt replies and follow up call. The Quality of the call wasn't good but after some perseverance we managed to get the job done. So far so good.

Had response from the provider quickly via email to have my phone number but have not hear back from provider yet...

Very helpful and easy to follow

I had an awesome experience was very fast, I enquired yesterday had emails of the courses I enquired about. Then today I was sent an email by Kieran but as I wanted to do 2 courses was unsure how to go about it so I was browsing and a chat head popped up so I chatted to someone and he was helpful and seen that Kieran had emailed me so he asked if I would like a phone call I replied yes, within 5 minutes kieran rung to help me out. Overall awesome experience thank you kieran for being very helpful highly recommend for anyone looking for an online course they answer all you questions and help you as much as they can.

I found the communication that I received from this company to be excellent, very informative & encouraging. Easily the best client care I’ve experienced in awhile.

its totally realy good but they not allow me to enrol cause of lm not a New Zealand Resident, can any one to help me procced my enrolment?

Firstly the course I rang about which is advertised on your website - is apparently no longer available. Therefore why is this still on your website. Secondly the man who rang me about my query was nothing short of rude and patronising. I am an intelligent woman with several degree qualifications. I have ended up in a new role that I love but have had little exposure to previously. I want to do some study in this area to further my knowledge and my career. I will be doing some study going forward but after the offensive conversation I had with your employee, it will not be with you.

Just looking for information at the moment.

Will continually dance around not telling you the price of the course while pushing you to sign up. When I plainly asked for the price and nothing else I was ghosted. Feels like a scam.

It was a great experience but I needed more time to decide. Maybe next time give people sometime to think because they are spending quite alot of money. Thanks
