I was just curious about the eyelash extension beauty enterprise and the website was very straight forward but also professional and welcoming. It was easy to find exactly what I was looking for; courses/information was offered for specific styles as well as a package. Love that there was an offer for a free course guide (which will most likely get me into committing to taking the courses). I haven’t received it yet but I will give feedback again if asked after receiving and going over the course guide. Thank you.

When it became clear that I was not going to enrol right away, Thomas hung up on me as quickly as he could obviously more interested in dealing with someone paying money. I only said I wasn’t going to because the course is not NZQA accredited.

Not really helpful . The ladybovervthe phone was too pushy sales person. When I asked her need more time to pay fees she hang up on me. Very rude. Absolutely bad manners

Well this is my first time finding out about Bela Beauty College online. I am willing to learn online as it suits me better. I am wanting to learn about being a nail technician as I am always going to get my nails done at a Nail Salon. So I thought why not learn to do Nails online and see how far I can gain knowledge and skills into some day creating my own Nail salon from home😊& being my own boss🤗

Enquired about the cost of the project manager programmes and was pressured to talk to their sales rep wanting to know my experience background etc. Darcia was rude and unprofessional said, “ I am not willing to risk my job for not doing it properly and ensuring I am giving you the correct course I have no idea of your level of experience so it is duty of care.” Well Darcia, it is not a duty of care when the questioned ask was from prices. My gut feeling is their prices must range based on your level of affordability. Not a transparent company
