Touchstone are a scam. DO NOT DO IT They rush you to sign up and then book you on the onboarding induction meeting within two days and then push you to an email they send highlighting - immediate access!!!! DO NOT PRESS that button - the warnings are not prominent for such a financial commitment IF YOU CLICK for access to find out more information about what to do it INVALIDATES your statutory cooling off period. It’s a Contract cleverly disguised. Even if you do not manage to access beyond the link on the page they say it’s a signed contract because you click for access despite no access given …..…. It’s a con. Not for people who are not IT experts or the trusting naive people like me. They took my money and refused to give me a refund after just 4 days!!!!!
Disappointed
Disappointed - I had hoped to learn a lot of what I needed to know. Instead the focus was around buying a 15k course & case studies of people from said course. Yes, there was some useful information - mindset was great and the snippets of other information but it could have been done in 2 hours rather than 2 days.

Touchstone 2 day webinar
This course is packed with information. I was impressed by the enthusiasm and authenticity of the presenters and by the genuine desire they have to help fellow investors make the leap into property. My only criticism is that because there was a lot of content squeezed in, the breaks during the day were quite short, so there was little opportunity to do the life admin that we all have to fit into our busy schedules. The module on mindset and using/controlling fear was the highlight for me.

Mostly a plug for their other courses
I learnt a few good tips but the 2 days were mainly a plug for their £15000 course and listening to lots of success stories. Probably could be done in one day if they just focussed on actual training. I was hoping to come away with a personal plan, as you're given an advisor to speak to for the two days who asks you lots of questions, but this wasn't the case and the plan was just me writing down my goals.

Invest your money more wisely!!
I joined a few months ago so I am not a fresher who has only done the 2 day course. This company promises you many things on the 2 day webinar, hours of coaching, investors waiting to hand you their money for property deals and courses that are updated every year. Entry into an exclusive club where you get one to one mentoring and a no risk money back guarantee (that you waiver as soon as you click to enter from the first email they send you). What you actually get: The courses are out of date You get one 20min coaching session per month, with a coach (not always of your choice) There are no investors waiting to hand you money so you don't have to spend yours The course is saturated with 1000 students in one of the WhatsApp chats that we join to 'network' and there are many more. Getting your money back is basically impossible!! This is not touching the sides with the amount of gripes I have with this company, but I could be here all night! Steer clear and invest your money more wisely, I wish I had

Warning to everyone
Warning to everyone. Please do not use this company. Response on the lies made by Touchstone team on my google review and Facts on my refund request made against the purchase ‘Wealth Academy (4017201)’ I cancelled my purchase (£14,995) the next day (dt. 07.01.25) and well within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period provided under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. No contract has been signed that waived off my Consumer rights or cooling off period. Any purported waiver of the cooling-off period is unlawful and unenforceable. At no point I access any online platform, materials, or otherwise engage with the products After getting denied from my refund request, I have passed this matter to my solicitor Michael Coyle of Lawdit Solicitors and issued a letter dt. 10.01.25. He has had no response despite their promises to respond. Again a letter being sent dt. 06.02.25 and instead to give a response, the touchstone team start asking me to prove why I need my money back, which is absurd. The Company is also located in Liechtenstein of which I was not aware. Note: I won’t go into details how they humiliate you and make fun of your requests. You can find enough references on the reviews, YouTube videos, or other platforms. Do not use this company.
