Touchstone are a scam. DO NOT DO IT They rush you to sign up and then book you on the onboarding induction meeting within two days and then push you to an email they send highlighting - immediate access!!!! DO NOT PRESS that button - the warnings are not prominent for such a financial commitment IF YOU CLICK for access to find out more information about what to do it INVALIDATES your statutory cooling off period. It’s a Contract cleverly disguised. Even if you do not manage to access beyond the link on the page they say it’s a signed contract because you click for access despite no access given …..…. It’s a con. Not for people who are not IT experts or the trusting naive people like me. They took my money and refused to give me a refund after just 4 days!!!!!
Disappointed - I had hoped to learn a lot of what I needed to know. Instead the focus was around buying a 15k course & case studies of people from said course. Yes, there was some useful information - mindset was great and the snippets of other information but it could have been done in 2 hours rather than 2 days.

I had my first 1 2 1 with Indy today and it was very eye opening and informative. I love Indy’s energy and passion to help and support newbie property investors to succeed. I look forward to continue working with Indy.

Just wrapped up my first 1:1 coaching session with Dan Thomas – what a star! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he’s also a genuinely lovely person who made the whole process super easy. In a packed 50 minutes, we covered a wealth of information on the HMO strategy I’m pursuing, and Dan’s insights were invaluable. I’ve come away with clear, actionable steps to get started, feeling both confident and energised. Highly recommend! Thank you, Dan – really appreciate your time and guidance!

I joined the free webinar and Paul introduced all these examples of successful investors - all case studies are at least 4 years old, before COVID. This on its own should be a worry for anyone interested in paying for whatever is on offer here. At best their information would be out of date. What was more worrying is that there was no mention of the real cost of what is on offer at any time during Paul's presentation. It's only now, after reading the reviews on Trustpilot, that it becomes clear that the actual pitch is pay them £15k rather than £99 to learn from them.

I work flipping properties and wondered if Touchstone could help broader my knowledge. Watched a brief webinar with Abi who advised she made £170,000 from her second flip so though I would pay the £99 and enrol onto the 2 day wealth through property course based on a money back guarantee if unhappy. Turns out Abi didn't make £170,000 from her second flip, she increased the value of the property by £170,000 but only made £40,000 based on a £330,000 investment. Not the best return in my eyes. I only logged onto day 1 of the course but here Geordie advised he made £46,000 in 6 months based on a rent to rent property. He showed the property and it was nothing substantial. This equates to £1,700 per week and £252 per night, every night. I have AirBnB properties and I know they do not rent out every night. Also these figures don't deduct the rental figure he would have been paying to the actual owner of the property. Geordie also kept saying 'don't get bogged down by the numbers, this is just high level information'. I'm sorry but the whole purpose of this process is to make money so to claim he made this massive income and then saying don't pay too much attention to it is very misleading and just inaccurate advice. Do not get involved with these scammers. If you have £15,000 to invest in yourself, put it down as a deposit on a property and build from there. You do not need a company like Touchstone Eduction who quote massively inflated returns that are unobtainable.

Abi and Gordie are fantastic presenters. Great content with associated examples. The two days covered a wide scope, has provided food for thought and renewed enthusiasm to creating wealth through property. Rather pushy on signing up to the Wealth Academy was the only downside.

DO NOT GET THIS COURSE. They talk about a money back guarantee… load of sh.. they don’t respond to refund emails. I’ve bought this course 9 months ago worst investment. I’ve been left to pay off a 4 year loan now. It is not worth they money at all.
