Touchstone are a scam. DO NOT DO IT They rush you to sign up and then book you on the onboarding induction meeting within two days and then push you to an email they send highlighting - immediate access!!!! DO NOT PRESS that button - the warnings are not prominent for such a financial commitment IF YOU CLICK for access to find out more information about what to do it INVALIDATES your statutory cooling off period. It’s a Contract cleverly disguised. Even if you do not manage to access beyond the link on the page they say it’s a signed contract because you click for access despite no access given …..…. It’s a con. Not for people who are not IT experts or the trusting naive people like me. They took my money and refused to give me a refund after just 4 days!!!!!
Disappointed
Disappointed - I had hoped to learn a lot of what I needed to know. Instead the focus was around buying a 15k course & case studies of people from said course. Yes, there was some useful information - mindset was great and the snippets of other information but it could have been done in 2 hours rather than 2 days.

Really quick response to having to…
Really quick response to having to change my weekend date. Unfortunately I don’t have the investment needed until a few more weeks but I have gained lots of information and will revisit to join the academy if they will have me! I think you need to remember they are also running a business and have a sales technique. You can either join them or not. I do respect the way they want to support you to run a ‘property business’ and not just go and ‘do up some houses for profit’.

Firstly.I am a general builder. The mentors have give me something very very valuable. Even that short 2 day I have realised all what I have missed to do till my mid 40s. That 2 day was unique violently positive stroke on me :) Life is under transform. Bee on the spot. Listen carefully all what they say. You will find the rest. You about to make it. Thank you.

Truly speaking whilst it was a great course it felt very generic. I did learn a few new things, but their main focus was to get people to pay £14,995.00. Day one was informative but day 2 felt very sales driven.

Had our 1-2-1 with John Davidson
Had our 1-2-1 with John Davidson, have been on a few questions and answers with John so decided to have our second 1-2-1 with him which was great, he has so much knowledge and explains it all in easy to understand terms. John has set the record straight for us, he has helped us work out which way to move forward regarding property we already have, now we can start to move forward with a little more confidence. We are really enjoying the knowledge we are learning from touchstone and looking forward to getting much more involved over the next couple of months. Thank you John.

Good but be aware
So I did get lots of valuable information about property and how it works, the team were very enthusiastic. Enthusiastic to the the point of extreme. The actual content is about a days worth and the rest is trying the old upsell to their group at 15000. I'm very sure it has value but it was rammed down your throat a bit. I will however be recommending my partner do it and may make the leap later in the year. Be aware they will tell you you must sign up straight away but they offer the discounted price with every seminar and you could easily come back another time. This can be seen by other reviews. This sounds negative but for £100 you can learn a huge amount of information and the initial amount is deffo worth it, just be prepared for life quotes,alot of them.

Total waste of my weekend and £99
Total waste of my weekend and £99. They use the usual hard sell, get rich quick, offer only available for these 2 days tactics to sell the academy course. They say it’s normally £22k but to get it at £15k you need to buy prior to end of the 2 day course. I asked a couple of genuine questions, 1 being that if the presenter was a single mum and in lots of debt, then how did she pay upfront the £20k (apparent he cost at the time ) for the course. She got very defensive and a little sarcastic as it interrupted the delivery of brainwashing that she was undertaking. I saw right through their techniques, stayed for the 2 days to see if it got better, but all in all I regret paying to hear the presenter screech her way through my weekend! AVOID!
