Touchstone are a scam. DO NOT DO IT They rush you to sign up and then book you on the onboarding induction meeting within two days and then push you to an email they send highlighting - immediate access!!!! DO NOT PRESS that button - the warnings are not prominent for such a financial commitment IF YOU CLICK for access to find out more information about what to do it INVALIDATES your statutory cooling off period. It’s a Contract cleverly disguised. Even if you do not manage to access beyond the link on the page they say it’s a signed contract because you click for access despite no access given …..…. It’s a con. Not for people who are not IT experts or the trusting naive people like me. They took my money and refused to give me a refund after just 4 days!!!!!
Disappointed
Disappointed - I had hoped to learn a lot of what I needed to know. Instead the focus was around buying a 15k course & case studies of people from said course. Yes, there was some useful information - mindset was great and the snippets of other information but it could have been done in 2 hours rather than 2 days.

Whilst there was some useful information, the 2 day training is obviously a sales pitch to get individuals to part with 15k upfront, to attend the wealth academy. When asked if there was alternative way to pay, e.g from the first profits of a property flip, the answer was a straight forward 'No'. Most Universities/ learning establishments would allow payments by instalments. Given that Touchstone appear to be confident in their product then they should be confident that their mentorship would lead them to supporting a student to make enough profit to pay the 15k on their first deal. It's a shame that they are missing out on something that could guarantee them income and bring in more students. The 2 day training definitely did not go into sufficient detail e.g tax,to enable someone to go away and build wealth. Somewhat disappointing given that the initial pitch was they were going to show us how to do it. Towards the end of the 2 day course, it became a little more 'blunt' and obvious that sales was the name of the game. Not much teaching occurred on property, an attempt at psychoanalysis took place to persuade everyone to take up 'the last few remaining spaces on the Wealth Academy. I did leave early as there was swearing, and my 6 year old was sat next to me. It wasn't very proffessional and it felt aggressive. Sorry to be 'blunt'.

The presenter are great and came across…
The presenter are great and came across as both eperiened experts in the field, while maintian a genuine atmosphere of encouragment.... They are very heavy on marketing though... may a times appear a little deperate to close the deals of getting you on the course.. Well one thing you should learn from the two day event is if you should follow their example then you need to become an agressive marketer like them, because they filled their capacity by the end of day.. Well done.

2-day Wealth Through Property Event,
I always had/have idea of getting involved into property development, since I moved to Uk 24 years ago. I saw even then so many opportunities in property development. Different circumstances moved me away from doing that but it was always at the back of my mind. This seminar brought me back to life and opened the door to my new challenge in life, inspired me to not just think about it, actually to make some action. The most that I loved about the seminar are people who actually organised it, Abi, Gordie, Paul and others, they were so welcoming with so much positive energy, enthusiasm, passion and what is very important knowledge. Spreading their knowledge across, sending very powerful message across all of us. What I did gain from 2 day course is definitely more knowledge about property development and actually different way of investing and different ways of financing them which I wasn’t aware of before. So much more to learn about it. I really loved every minute of it and I am so glad that I was part of it. Thanks to each of them for couching me and opening my eyes to the new chapter in my life.
