Very fast response and resolution to web site enquiry for help over a published job with the link not working. the agent that called me from Totaljobs went over and above to assist me with the issue i had - great credit to the business.
I needed help logging into my account to retrieve an old advert. I reached out for help and Aimen came to my rescue. After a couple of minutes I had possession of the ad and was able to crack on with my day. Aimen was a great help saved me so much time.

My renewal contract had not been set up correctly therefore I had had no access to the contract since time of renewal. Adam was able to identify the issue as to why this was the case and rectify swiftly allowing me to get back up and running and using the Job Board.
