I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Pedro. From the moment I called, I was greeted with a friendly and helpful demeanor. He patiently listened to my inquiry regarding my online CV, and helped me to sort the issue straight away. Thank you.
The experience so far has been frustrating. Every time I revise my CV and upload it to the platform, I can see that my experience is being duplicated multiple times, which I assume is what recruiters are seeing when previewing my profile. The penultimate revision had the experience from my last 2 roles duplicated 4 times, the most recent revision duplicated these 3 times. When applying for a role, the platform is automatically setting up job alerts. I've applied for roles outside of Nottingham as they're fully remote but have a location listed e.g. Ipswich or Basingstoke and automatically alerts have been set up for these locations. You aren't notified of this and causes frustration when the email alerts come through advising you've set up an alert within this location. I also occasionally receive emails from 'TotalJobs'. This spelling of the business annoyed me when I was working there and I understand why so many outside of the business spell it this way, when our automated communication spells it this way.

He gave us some great tips on making searches more specific and the boolean search tips were also great. He was helpful, friendly and happy to answer any questions as we went along. Great session!

He got what i needed done quickly
Effing Garbage. I check job ads every day due to being unemployed. I search 'cnc machinist' and my postcode, within 20miles, i then filter to above 30k and within the last 24 hours. They repeat the same old 13 jobs for the last 2 months marked as NEW. Maybe 1 different job comes along once a month. They obviously lie to make it look like they have jobs to advertise. At least Indeed and CV library show zero results if there is no results. I find it hard to believe the rating on this site it must also be full of fake review scores. When your desperate to find a job im forced to sieve through this Pig Stye just in case.
