Pedro went above and beyond to solve the problem of me being unable to access total jobs on my laptop. After sending screenshots of the system not responding to anything I did, he went away for several hours and came back with the solution of which he talked me through to gain access by using the app, which somehow then unblocked the glitch preventing me from signing in or registering! Awesome service!
