What a joke. Logged on to play to find out my account has been restricted for no reason whatsoever. When I then message customer service they say I have to call a premium rate number to speak to one of their support team. I don’t think so, one more customer lost

Wicked site

I have been an active member of Tombola for a long time, never had any issues then out of the blue an email from the safe play team advising to call them and account disabled. I call them and they ask me lots of intrusive questions about my disability (because in the chat someone was discussing bad side effects to medication and I advised I experienced similar and was switched to an alternative). This to Tombola was “concerning” and I had to answer a list of invasive questions about my disability and treated like an absolute imbecile. Then I’m asked if I share my account I say no and ask why, she says they can see activity showing me switching between two accounts (how?! I don’t have access to any other accounts so I know this is absolute rubbish! My partner has his own account and we’ve never used each others and we’ve never had a need to!) they can’t give me any information on this second account that I’m supposed to be using due to GDPR. I know my bank card is only set up to my account because again, I only use one account and only have access to my own account. I ask when this has happened, she explains it’s in the middle of the night on a Saturday - I know I was asleep at this time as was my partner. I check activity on my phone and there’s no activity on any apps at all between 11.30pm and 9.30am the following day because you guessed it - I was asleep. They ask for bank statements so I sent them, I also sent them a screenshot showing no activity on my device at this time at all. I don’t have a second account, don’t even see why anybody would need one? I don’t account share, my partner and I don’t even share a device or use each others accounts and I only deposit and withdraw on one account (my own) so there is no logic to this at all. Over a week later I get an email to say my accounts been terminated, no appeal process and I can’t ever rejoin. They can’t list the reason why. I google to see if anyone else has had this issue and so many people have. 90% of them had to answer the same invasive questions about their disabilities too. Coincidence? I don’t think so. Customer service are less than helpful, never anybody you can escalate anything too you just get told someone will email you. I am so mad about this and I’m going to share my experience everywhere so everyone will know how bad Tombola is and how they discriminate against disabled people. I will also share this far and wide, I’m not going to drop this as I know I have done nothing wrong and I’ve certainly never breached any terms or conditions. Utterly disgusting.

My bank account was hacked less than 6 hours after inputting my card details into tombola.co.uk, several unauthorised transactions attempted on my account leading to my card being blocked and me unable to access any funds until a new card was sent out - Tombola is the only place I have used my physical card details as I usually use Apple Pay for any online purchases. Be very careful if you’re entering card details into this site.

Scamming lowlifes c””ts who take disabled peoples money made me lose 300 pounds for nothing and now I have nothing to live on no money all month and they don’t even give a damn vile human beings trying to make out they can’t give refunds yeah what ever mate they just tell you to try go to a food bank if you have no money left over for food after spending it all on this s””t site and not win anything absolute scum 😡

They disabled mine for life cus I was lending my daughter money 2 play wats it 2 them ff and the amount ofm9ney I put on over years treated me very 😢

Could not connect......so asked for a refund and was ignored several times......SCAMMERS.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS......
