It is a huge variety in flavours and different textures in the snacks. All from sweet to sour, firm to light. I like the fact specially that they include soft drink in the pack. The shipping is fast. Got my package from japan to norway in 7 days (ofcourse the packing took some exstra time)👍 no regrets at all for the exciteing new flavours and sweets to eat with my girlfriend
It is a great option, to treat yourself to something nice each month! Even if it is a little bit pricey, it's still worth to try it at least once!!

My nephew(6) felt the orange treat was good, but he thinks it could be better. My niece(9) felt the treats were amazing, but she wanted more packs of smaller Pocky per crate. I loved the salty snacks 10/10!!!
The package is constantly delayed and to be honest I doubt it will be sent. I've reached out to CS twice. Once they told me that it would be shipped out by X date and then it was not; the other time they told me it has just now been handed over to the courier, I checked with the courier 3 days after that and they state that they haven't even picked it up yet. I subscribed well in advance of someone's birthday as a gift, and despite that it still won't be there in time. That didn't hold them back from charging me for the second box before the first one was even sent though. Update: package has been received now, at least.

Started a three month subscription early January 2023, but I cannot comment on the content, as the boxes never arrived. On shipping: paying extra for express shipping is pointless, as they are sent out with regular (registered) mail, an not an express shipping method. On customer care: they are very polite, but don't resolve anything and don't answer questions. I would describe it as delaying tactics, with the hope that (in this case) shipping issues resolve themselves and that I ignore the fact that I was ripped off on shipping. In my case, shipping hasn't resolved itself and I'm left empty handed. EDIT: The first box was reshipped (after 2 months) due to issues with the shipping method they used. This time with DHL Express, which made it to my country in a few days. The second box eventually arrived, with over a month in transit. Still waiting for my last box. Added 1 star as the box contents are good and for actually reshipping, but not more as they repeatedly lied about the shipping method. EDIT2: Last box arrived after 2 months, customer care was unhelpful, provided incorrect information and no longer replied. I guess it's hit or miss, back to 1 star.

Really impressed by the quality of the box and goodies inside. The booklet describing all the snacks is really nicely presented. There was a bit of a shipping issue with my first box, which meant it took a bit longer to dispatch, but once it had, it only took 4 days to reach the UK from Japan!
I love Tokyo Treat! Definitely recommend their subscription boxes! One thing I would super appreciate is the ability to mention personal allergies for people who have them so they can leave certain things out of their boxes.
This was a Christmas present for my other half, she only received 2 monthly boxes out of the advertised plan for 3. They then went ahead and withdrew payment for a further plan of 3 boxes without any prior notice or even an email. Haven't managed to get a refund as their website says NO and there doesn't seem to be a phone number! It's all stinks of a online scam to be honest, I would avoid!
The price is right! All the treats they be sending are always good! Tokyo Treat is worth the price ❤️
