We love this box. It has such good stuff in it

Very excited to have my first Tokyo treat box as a Christmas present. Full of awesome Japanese goodies and informative little booklet. Big thumbs up!

So fun! Wish we could get one every month! Super easy to manage my subscription and really loved the box’s contents. Turns out my very picky kid like truffle chips! Who would have guessed. So fun to do w your family. Shipping does take a while so order early.

Snacks are yummy

I skipped this month and still got charged and they are refusing to refunding claiming i didn't. This review will stay here until they decide to otherwise refund me as this month box was something I didn't want and i remember skipping it 100% sure of it. Yet they claim otherwise. I will change my review when its rectified as I do like their product when they have a box with stuff i want. This months wasnt. To Tokyo treat who replied to my review. Nothing was resolved you refused to accept you were in the wrong and said you would do nothing about it.

The snacks are great. Trying out new things with the kids are always fun. The booklet give insight of how Japan celebrates different events for each month.

The product itself is fine. I'm not sure the boxes are worth the 50 each, but my daughter likes the variety. I was very unhappy to be charged for another 3 month sub without being notified. This is predatory behavior. The reason I subbed for only 3 months in the first place was because I only wanted 3 boxes. I have tried logging into the site but my email isn't verified for some reason. I really can't afford the $144 usd cost for another 3 months. At the very least they should have sent me an email reminder to unsubscribe (though this is bad business practice as well). Very unhappy.

Honestly, I love this company so far. I just received my first box in the mail today and everything arrived in Great condition, and the variety of Japanese snacks within it was really nice.

Lovely experience tassty interesting treats

Wish I had never ordered from here. Ordered a box as a Christmas present for my husband. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I ordered and the tracking hasn’t updated at all. They’re trying to say they dispatched the day after I ordered, which I don’t believe considering I didn’t get an email saying it was dispatched until over a week after ordering! They’re trying to blame the time of year. Yet, in the time I’ve been waiting I have ordered and received items from Australia, China, and America! So how can they honestly explain that! It said guaranteed delivery by Christmas or I would never have ordered in the first place. If the shipping doesn’t update in the next few days and I don’t receive the box by the end of this month I’ll be contacting my bank to recall the money.

Such fun yummy snacks and since my husband and I have different flavor pallets, things I didn’t care for, he loved! It’s a fun time when the box shows up!

Everything always comes at a reasonable time, in good condition. It's a good variety of products and the whole family gets something they like. It's a good treat we look forward to.

Extraordinary snacks and treats perfect for any occasion

The snacks are delicious and tasty, like the proverb: ,,strong essences are in small bottles''. The only complaint is that the snacks are to small and few, when you finally feel the taste as hes peak you have no more.
