Disgraceful customer service They take online orders and promise a delivery time of 3-5 days. After waiting ten days, there is no sign of delivery. I contacted customer service twice. Every time, they try to buy time and promise to deliver. They take orders online for goods they don't have in stock. Avoid, avoid, avoid! A bunch of liars!

Excellent Service from all the staff in PH Ross Cabra. We are very happy with what we got for our bathroom and ensuites. We went back and got our laminate floorboards. We went back again and got internal doors. We went back again and got a coal effect electric fire. And yes we are going back again for another one! Great value.

Ordered some materials from their website to build a pergola. Made a mistake with the type of timber I ordered. Contacted Louise in the Limerick branch and she sorted it straight away. Brilliant service, excellent value and great customer service. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone.
(This matter was resolved with a generous refund and a big apology mistakes happen fair play for rectifying!) Put an order in for just over 600€ once order was placed I got no information on estimated delivery date had to try an contact them myself phoned over 10 times and not once go through at different times during the day I may add so then tried to email got jess Burke's email and to be honest she was really helpful, she said my order should be arriving today(Tuesday 23rd April) but would get an email from the company with a 2 hour slot when it had been processed which never happened had to email her back and ask if it was coming on a later date and was told it will be here today cant provide a time which is useless and the fact I had to go out of my own way to get all the info is ridiculous and now I'm spending a full day at the address waiting on a delivery that could show up anytime ! if it weren't for Jess being so quick at answering and being as helpful as she could this would be 1 star for the service (update) my delivery came on the day I was told but I sent Jess a picture of broke items one panel of the wet wall one length of skirting that looked like it had been smashed with a mallet and my soffit had around 15 separate bits of tape straight onto the plastic I dont know who in the right mind would that !? Had to go buy sticky stuff remover and that will be another job I'll have to do (as well as trying to fix broke skirting)to get rid on the residue and little bits left behind its schoolboy stuff ! When I contacted Jess got no reply and even got through to the branch but was told it was too late to deal with and that Jess would call me back the next day didn't hear anything back and couldn't wait so 100% TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

I recently purchased Garden Mulch from TJ O’Mahony’s and found them very helpful and easy to do business with. I was not having great success finding a supplier with Mulch in stock and within the required timeframe but TJOM got me sorted. This was my first time purchasing from them and they delivered a quality product on time from their Prosperous Depot to my home in Dublin with no issues. I would have no issues recommend them. I am dealing with TJs in Ballymount since 2017. In all that time I can count on one hand any issues I had which where sorted quickly and with no stress to me.Find the service excellent and staff I deal with great( even though Jess and Gary may disagree giving the headaches I give them with my requests) Highly recommended Tjs in Ballymount and if they don't have what you require they will source from other branch.
Recently ordered some fence panels and prices online were so good I ordered decking as well .From the minute I ordered communication was excellent, ordered on Wednesday got a call on Friday to say they would be delivering on Saturday ( even though it was a bank holiday weekend) .Lads arrived at 9am Saturday morning they were so friendly and helpful my husband has a knee injury and they helped carry everything into the back of house . Highly recommend and will definitely be using again for future projects.

Delivery was made on time by a very pleasant most obliging gentleman who despite it being tricky, hoisted the two bags of stone into a tight spot.
