I ordered gas BBQ (new, not sold as seen). it took nearly a week to have it delivered, zero contact from the shop during that time. BBQ I got came scratched, bend legs, legs supports missing, warming rack missing, main rack chipped and body scratched. from Wednesday I keep sending emails and keep ringing to be sent from one person to the other. nobody cares. I'm extremely disappointed. avoid.

Was pricing around in Harvey Norman’s, Curry’s and DID for new kitchen items. Went into Prosperous and got everything I needed. Megan went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed, ordered items in for me and had them out to me within 2 days. Brilliant, will be recommending to everyone

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TJ OR PJ ? Checking for corrugated Perspex sheeting ; TJ brought me from front reception to rear yard where I could physically examine the strength of Perspex he then gave me a printed quote of cost which had measurements in centimeters and inches which saved me having to work out dimensions in feet and inches. First visit to this store very conveniently located @ Mungret ;had been researching on line for materials but being able to physically see products meant i purchased andI collected goods the following day.

Amazing customer service from a lovely lady called Sinead in the paint department. Was so kind and helpful with my daughter and I. It was exactly the colour we wanted but couldn’t find and amazing value for money. Will be recommending to all my friends. Thank you!

On 24th of July I placed an online order for a set of Bora Sawhorses . When they arrived they were clearly display model or returns,as they were damaged And not in any official packaging. I contacted the company and was offered a discount. I requested a full refund and this was agreed. After numerous emails and phone calls I was assured the damaged goods would be picked up and I would be refunded. To this day I have not received refund or goods have not been collected. As a new house building company this was my first order With T.J mahony. And it will be my last.

I emailed to check when I would receive my delivery and was told I would have it on Friday and it never arrived, I sent another mail only to be told that transport had finished at 2.30 and I would get my delivery on Monday that's just not good enough when I had someone organised to come over the weekend to do some work and when I rang to see what happened I got a very disinterested person who couldn't have cared any less. Very poor customer service

Ordered a product here online 31 July. These guys are not set up as an online business. Had to wait close to 2 weeks for my delivery (12 August). No way to track. Was told it would be delivered the 8th August when I rang up to see where it was. No delivery then, nor again on the 9th. Only delivered on the 12th when I rang to complain again.

I had ordered a dishwasher with DID Newbridge and they lost my order and never contacted me. I cancelled it and got the same item at the same price with a much cheaper delivery option with this firm. There was a bit of a delay due to the bank holiday but they were friendly and helpful on the phone. I would go back to them as a customer again.

I was in the Wexford branch on Tuesday 6 August 2024. I was aware that they had some specials on fencing. A young lady by the name of Anna assisted us. We really didn’t have a clue what we were looking for our what we needed. Anna took care of everything for us. Her knowledge and willingness to help was outstanding. I will definitely return to this store for all my hardware needs even though it means a little bit of travelling. A highly recommend store.

First time ordering from TJ O’Mahony. I ordered a garden ornament & it arrived damaged. This can happen on delivery ….. totally understood……but in no time at all Cathy Siggins was on the case! Straight away organising replacement of damaged ornament! Delivery in a jiffy! Just fantastic attention to customers! Very impressed! I will be back! Highly recommend this company for service & attention to detail! A1!!!

I recently bought a Morso barbecue from the Ballymount store. I had seen the barbecue on a visit to Copenhagen some weeks previously and was very impressed by its efficiency and terrific cooking capabilities. Simple to operate and easy to clean. It was delivered free by O’Mahonys and was easy to set up. I highly recommend this product and the service from TJ O’Mahonys.

I have to write this review on the staff at TJ O Mahony's Wexford. Rarely have I come across such helpful nice professional staff as are here.. Nothing is a problem for them... A special mention to John Saunders... What a nice helpful guy... A pleasure to do business with. Thanks everyone...

Delivery driver was rude and unprofessional. Just dropped my delivery wherever he pleases without even asking or ringing the doorbell. My order made online with instructions to give call before the delivery to arrange the space for the items. He showed up on last Tuesday without any notice and I was not in a place to help him due to school rush hour. He threatened not the deliver it again but I spoke and email to their manager and they offered another delivery. He did show up today and did this to me. Such a pathetic customer service.

Trying to select a colour for our Club. Gary's experience in the mixing of colours is top class. The colours we ended up with are more than we expected. Beautiful matched. We got everything we needed from TJ O'Mahony Ballymount Road. Again thank you Gary for your help.

Total disaster. only part delivered my timber order. Of the timer they did deliver some was so bent and out of shape it was useless to me. After 3 weeks the remaining part of my order arrived (3 Meter Smooth Treated Posts) and they were so cracked and mis shapen and band up that I had no choice but to reject the order. Called head office who sent to to a person in Arklow who said The had no influence over the quality because they got it from another branch and as far as she was concerned I had got my order and it was nothing to do with her. She was very rude and refused to listen to anything I said or offer any solution. I spoke to an other person in deliveries who but all the blame on me and said I should have known they had no stock in Arklow when ordering on line and how was he supposed to monitor quality when it comes from another store. This is not the case. the online website let me order and did not tell me the had no stock or where any surplus stock might be. Total shambles of a company with Zero customer service and very very poor quality product. In My Opinion Avoid!
