So applied via a broker (paydayuk) message received you've been accepted please sign did that now confirm your card details did that 2 secs later we passing you to our underwriters another 3mins later declined seems like they collecting card details I will now get a new card due to these just in case evey 90% of reviews saying the same 1,if they did pass it to underwriters they need sacking as obviously just hitting decline with out checks 2,how they in the pay day loan buisness if they don't lend 3,why are brokers not blocking this company 4,be safe do not apply with these they seem like they just collecting card details could well be scammers

I used to be repeat customer to this company. Everything went smoothly till today. Today I applied for a small loan but was treated as I'm a scammer or a fraudster, three different checks for my income. It didn't felt good. If several loans are paid without issues it means there should be a trust to a repeat customer. That's how you lose good customers. I will look elsewhere.

Declined Bizarre little company. Applied for cash quick, pre-approved on website, sent log in info. Then declined. Gave debit card info, so would like assurances this has been permanently deleted. Did a second application with Cashfloat and was approved instantly and funds released - highly recommend CASHFLOAT (not an ad - just adamant that poor companies like Tick Tock should be called out and excellent companies celebrated).

Same experience as everyone below they are just collecting data ! Agreed to the loan then declined in Avoid please

Had a loan before paid it all off on time in full later I went back for a another loan I got accepted through everything only to know that after I been accepted they said the need statements which I have given they said the needed updated statement for the month we are in however that not possible to get due to the fact we are currently within the month. I’ve called and explain this even on emails. Only to know that I got an email with minutes from underwriting stating that my application is rejected with no reason as to why after getting all my information and also went with my credit score. Never again I will trust this company.

Absolutely Bonkers 😜 so like many others, I had a loan with tick-tock loans paid back fully, well paid back earlier so they lost out on around £40 pounds interest. Applied again leaving fully past the 30 days. Had a on screen decision saying provisionally approved. Had emails etc saying will be processed by the underwriters. Now my understanding is tick-tock loans are only open Monday-Friday and only process applications on those days. I reapplied on a Saturday so wasn’t expediting a response until Monday. 10 minutes after completing my application for another loan. I received a email saying declined! Seemed to be a generic email from tick tock. Immediately thought it was Odd as applications are only checked by underwriting on a weekday. So on the email, it stated i could appeal at this point I didn’t even want to appeal for a new loan. As that tactic is shady by tick tock. So sent a email asking for the reason why I was actually declined? As no checks or credit or anything had been carried out. This was the Saturday and Sunday I get another generic email stating apparently a senior underwriter has checked my application again. And it’s to do with affordability blah blah blah. When nothing has changed at all. Since have my first loan. And this email was sent on a Sunday apparently again when they are closed! And no applications are looked at. Basically wrote a email back saying this doesn’t even make sense at all. Your closed and you have magically managed to underwrite my application? Absolute clowns. Like i said to tick tock you have just lost a customer! I personally would advise anyone don’t bother. The company is a absolute joke!!! Never again use someone else.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! had a loan with these, but had an issue with my bank so set up another bank, I then learn that the website doesn’t except my bank for whatever reason as it believes it’s a credit card. So I emailed, again and again and again, explaining that I work nights so would be unable to take calls as I’ll be asleep. NEVER ONCE have I ever received a response. I have all evidence necessary. And now they have put it as a default on my credit file when they could have just replied to me and could have got it sorted. I will be fighting it in court, but do yourselves a favour, avoid these at all costs.

Paid loan back website easy to navigate When you pay by bank transfer it does not update the balance straight away. That is the only annoying thing it takes 48 hours. Other then that very easy to deal with and the the interest is not that high compared to other loan companies.

Second time using this company, very efficient! After providing income verification funds were in my account within minutes. Thanks TT Team :)

Avoid at all costs. They approve you get your hopes up make you agree to everything and then send an email saying not approved. Waste of time and a disgrace to people who need support

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Today I phoned to let them know that I lost my debit card and cancelled the card with my bank. This meant that ticktock would be unable to take a payment from the card via Continuous Payment Authority. I informed them that I have made a payment via bank transfer whilst I am waiting for my new card. Once I have it I would provide ticktock with the details. Amazingly, even though I made my payment on the due date by bank transfer instead of CPA they still had the audacity to charge me £15 for a late or missed payment. Unbelievable. I have now decided to settle the loan in full which will save me a lot more than the £15 they have stolen off me.

Like many others, I was provisionally approved, asked to complete all the steps submitted my personal details, verified my ID, added my card information, and even received my online account login. Everything pointed toward approval. Then suddenly, without warning or explanation, I was declined during the final review stage. After giving me hope and wasting my time, they cut me off without clarity or fairness. They lure you in with provisional approval, knowing most people in financial need will jump through all the hoops. This process is emotionally draining, misleading, and feels almost predatory especially for those who are vulnerable or struggling. Reading the Trustpilot reviews, I now see I’m not alone—this is a common tactic they use. The system needs more transparency and accountability. Please save yourself the time, stress, and emotional rollercoaster. Look elsewhere. Tick Tock Loans is not worth it.

Underwriters are very poor. They provisionally accept you then ask you for documents which you send, its unsafe. When they respond back they use wording like thorough review, and then presume you are in financial difficult, the reality is most people have a short term need. The more people can do to use less of these types of lending the better. Very Poor would not recommend, also make sure your off their mailing lists, seems like finance click bait,

Had a loan with them. Missed a payment. Next month settled in full. No problem, no credit score affected. Just 2-3 minutes phone call and all done. Thank you.

If could give them 0 stars I would absolute joke of a company , told me the whole way thru the process my application had been approved made me jump thru hoops time and time again and I provided what they asked for time and time again and last step when they say all we need is payslips and money will be sent after sending 4 weeks worth last payslips they then send email saying sorry we can't accept your application at this time , total Messers, why not just say that from the outset

If you want to be miserable just get this loan. Stay away from these fraudsters. Imagine getting a loan of 400£ and paying back over 1000£. It nearly recked me. The more you pay thr higher the money goes up, until I decided to use my salary to pay off. Wicked set of people. I'm happy am off their hooks🪝 .. I don't know why the government is still allowing these thieves to operate.

Complete and utter pish.WHY WAIT SO LONG FOR DISAPPOINTED FOR A REPLY WHEN YOU HAVE USED THIS SERVICE BEFORE .

wouldnt touch these with a barge pole wanting £300 odd per month payment on a £500 lean over 6 months disgusting!!

Don't bother applying for a loan with them as they are a dodgy company
