Absolutely Bonkers 😜 so like many others, I had a loan with tick-tock loans paid back fully, well paid back earlier so they lost out on around £40 pounds interest. Applied again leaving fully past the 30 days. Had a on screen decision saying provisionally approved. Had emails etc saying will be processed by the underwriters. Now my understanding is tick-tock loans are only open Monday-Friday and only process applications on those days. I reapplied on a Saturday so wasn’t expediting a response until Monday. 10 minutes after completing my application for another loan. I received a email saying declined! Seemed to be a generic email from tick tock. Immediately thought it was Odd as applications are only checked by underwriting on a weekday. So on the email, it stated i could appeal at this point I didn’t even want to appeal for a new loan. As that tactic is shady by tick tock. So sent a email asking for the reason why I was actually declined? As no checks or credit or anything had been carried out. This was the Saturday and Sunday I get another generic email stating apparently a senior underwriter has checked my application again. And it’s to do with affordability blah blah blah. When nothing has changed at all. Since have my first loan. And this email was sent on a Sunday apparently again when they are closed! And no applications are looked at. Basically wrote a email back saying this doesn’t even make sense at all. Your closed and you have magically managed to underwrite my application? Absolute clowns. Like i said to tick tock you have just lost a customer! I personally would advise anyone don’t bother. The company is a absolute joke!!! Never again use someone else.
