Not impressed I took out a loan to witch I paid back in full and early. I applied again due to shortfall and I was declined instantly but was accepted with in seconds first time

Appalling customer service. Informed them their website wasn’t working and get basically told I am an imbecile for not using the site properly. I have been a customer of them previously and know how the system works. Awful way to speak to their customers

Would have been 5 stars... But, after successfully paying back my loan, I'm then refused second time around. Told to wait 30 days which I dutifully did and then was still refused. I wasn't even credit checked properly as it was just an auto-refuse. Don't bother emailing them because it basically sets a 5 minute timer and then auto-replies. I'd guess the only real people that you can speak to there are the collections agents when you miss a payment. Nonsense company. Nothing had changed credit-wise for me and in fact gotten better. Could have just done with a further loan for Christmas - I've already budgeted to pay it off in the new year with my bonus but they don't want to know.

TERRIBLE service. Loan approved, they then get you send super personal information over and then decline at the last minute! No explanation as to why and tbh looking at their rates I would avoid at all costs guys! So many more HELPFUL companies out there! AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Well what can I say all the reviews I have read seem to be fake, filled out the application form for a loan gave them all my details on the form including my bank details to transfer the loan money to. Only to receive a email asking me to send them my bank details again to transfer the money to my account. This set alarm bells ringing so I emailed them back stating I had giving them all my details on the application form & was not sending my bank account details via email on a unsecure email address. Only to receive a nasty email back stating I was no longer entitled to the loan even though I was given it. Now I keep getting voicemails of Tiktok loans demanding I call their number. Sounds like a massive SCAM to me do my advice do not use this company

Diabolically bad, no morals whatsoever. Customers are just numbers and profits to them, they have no loyalty or respect to them as a human being. Utterly disgusting and unethical.

Best short term loan company I have used. I was unable to make my repayments twice due to emergency and the company really supported me and rescheduled my repayments dates accordingly. Thank you!

Absolutely joke of a company having been a repeat customer who paid there loan back in full , I applied again had an email saying loan has been successful they just needed to see wage slips to then receive an email saying application declined. Seams like this Micky mouse company have no loyalty and only borrow to who they want.

Kept sending me emails saying that I was successful then submitted my details and then declined me, they are a waste of time. They sell your details on do not bother with them, I should have read the reviews first.

Excellent and super fast service from application to payout happened so fast. Could not recommend enough as long as you can afford the repayments I would highly recommend.

avoid this company at all cost. They are the rudest company you could ever deal with. I have sent them countless emails asking them questions and they deliberately and rudely refuse to answer my questions. So if you want first class service use any other company apart from this rude and deliberately obstructive unhelpful company.

Very easy and fast

Application was quick and money deposited the same day! Paid the loan off 5 months early. Didn’t realise there was a cooling off period before applying again so was declined on a 2nd loan. That’s not the reason for 3star review! Don’t expect to receive much sense out of these folks if emailing them with a simple query to update your credit report, I’ve had 3 responses ranging from explaining they can’t erase all my data as I’ve had a loan with them, to then directing me to the collections department to pay a ZERO balance to then confirming I no longer have a balance with them. It’s strange that they know how to do a credit check when someone applies for a loan. But, they haven’t seemingly got a clue on how to update an Experian / Transunion report to show the loan was fully paid off early and no balance is owed - I don’t want £600+ showing as to being owed for another 5 months.

I wouldn't bother, you go through the whole application only to be declined anyway! Absolute con, want all your details probably to try sell on....goodluck with that! Avoid and dont waste your time.

Accepted then take all your personal information and decline you. Ask for proof that your documents and information has been deleted.
